Please make sure you have read our terms and understand our postage details. before commiting to your purchase.
The postage cost is £8 for upto 4 fish only!!! If you would like to purchase more than 4 fish please contact us prior to making your order for a shipping quote.
All fish are sent guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm, Monday to Thursday. Someone MUST be at home to sign for the delivery. The postage cost includes the fish being double bagged, protected by bubble wrap, newspaper or polystyrene wotsits. Everything will be secured into a cardboard box and the package will include a reliable 24 hour heat pack.
Delivery before 9am may be possible depending on the location of the buyer and time of year. Please contact us for a price and more details.
In the event of very cold or bad weather, we may delay the delivery of the fish until we feel the risks of bad weather no longer risk the health and safety of the fish.
In the unfortunate event of DOA please take a photograph of the fish in the UNOPENED bag within 4 hours and send the picture to us. We will be able to refund the price of the fish but unfortunately not the price of postage.
If you live nearby however, we do not mind people coming to our home to collect their new fish.
We also often make trips up country so we may be able to deliver the fish right to you in person. Please check with us to see if this is something we can arrange with you.
Discounts may be available for multiple fish.
We ask for payments via Paypal or Postal Order.
Please remember we love our hobby and the fish we produce very much. We very much care about the home they are going to and the conditions they will be kept in. If we feel our babies will not get the care we expect them to receive, we will not sell the fish.
We reserve the right to refuse to sell to people if we feel these fish will not be correctly cared for.
